I like this house just listed today. It’s sorta a house/sorta a townhouse. 3 bed/3.5 bath at $499k. Nice price. Well-kept. Has great potential; like the open layout on the main floor.

Funny, I wanted to look at this but the realtor I contacted really was trying to discourage me from looking at it for some reason. She said you have to understand this is a tiny house only good for 1-2 people with no parking. Hmmmm, perhaps she wants it for herself?
I really liked that top floor (with slanted ceilings) as a kids room … her comment does surprise me … maybe you’re correct and she has her eye on it …
With square footage, perhaps it seems inside more like an apartment than a true house and she wanted to make that clear.
